What BMWs are supported?+
Most BMWs from 2014 onward fitted with NBT EVO or EntryNav 2 head units. Get in touch and we’ll confirm your specific vehicle.
How long does activation take?+
Mobile installation takes 40–60 minutes. DIY activations typically take 20–40 minutes once you have the software.
Can I install it myself?+
Yes. Our DIY package includes the software, step-by-step instructions and live TeamViewer support if you get stuck.
Do I need special equipment?+
For DIY you'll need a Windows laptop and a USB-A to OBD or ENET cable (we can advise on the right one for your model).
Do you provide support?+
Yes. All DIY purchases include remote TeamViewer support. Mobile installs come with a full service warranty.
What if my BMW isn't compatible?+
We'll tell you upfront, no charge. In some cases a head-unit upgrade is possible; we can quote separately.
Will activation affect my BMW warranty?+
Activation does not modify hardware and is reversible. It does not affect your manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer wireless CarPlay?+
Yes, all activations enable wireless Apple CarPlay where the head unit supports it.
